Notes: Originally in interior of St Michael's Church, Derby built 1858. The church was declared redundant at the end of 1976 and the tiles donated to the Ironbridge Gorge Museum when the site was redeveloped in 1982.

Notes: HMS Royal Oak was a Revenge-class battleship built for the Royal Navy in 1914. She was lost in 1939, when the German submarine U-47 infiltrated the British anchorage at Scarpa Flow. U-47 torpedoed the Royal Oak, sinking the ship causing the loss of some 833 souls of her 1,234 complement.
