The National Maritime Museum memorial index includes records, of monuments commemorating British people with maritime related work or careers and the victims of disaster at sea. May we thank all the individuals and groups who have kindly sent us information during the past twenty years. The standards of the records may vary and the index is far from complete or comprehensive so we would be very grateful to hear suggestions for any additions, corrections or amendments.
