Notes: The parish registers note the burial of Binnie, George, Captain, 38 years of the 'Lord Lindoch' in the Downs July 31 1835. 'Lloyd's Register' 1835 lists 'Lord Lyndoch' built Calcutta, 1815, port - London - (there was a smaller vessel of the same name based in Perth). Binnie is not listed in Lloyd's Register as the master.
