'Beneath this stone / are interr'd the remains of / John Ballinger / who died Feby 22nd 1819 / aged 44 years / welcome to heaven in your Redeemer's breast / here all your toils here all your suffering res[t] / This tablet is also inscribed / to the memory of / George Ballinger / who died in Demerera in the / West Indies 1805 aged 33 years. / Also Charles Ballinger / who perished in the ship Argo / on his passage to England / 1807 aged 27 years / Likewise of his children / who died in their infancy / Requiescat in Pace'
