SWANEY of North Shields, steam boat owner / who departed this life August 31st 1850 / AGED 59 YEARS. / Also near this stone rest the remains / of her father / JOHN POTTER / who died February 20th 1809 / Aged 50 years / Also her mother MARY POTTER / who died November 4th 1819 / AGED 64 YEARS / All of Milburne Place / The above named / MARY SWANEY / Died January 29th 1879 Aged 73 years'
