'Sacred to the memory of EDMUND TINCOME Esq masters mate of H.M.S. Liffey. Died Aug 7 1825 aged 27 years. Beloved by his shipmates and esteemed by all who had the pleasure of his acquaintance. Pause stranger o'er this hallowed spot/And grant for one so dear / A prayer for him who's now no more / And drop a pitying tear'
