[Not exact] 'In memory of three sailors who drowned 15 Novemeber 1811 near this place in the wreck of the Green Linnet of Beaumaris on their passage from Dublin and were interred here 1 December 1811 viz Captain John Griffiths husband of Mary Griffiths of Limerick and for Owen Griffiths and Mary his wife aged 21 years and Owen son of the above named Owen Griffiths aged 20 years and Samuel Hughes aged 17 years'
