'Here lyeth the body of / CAPT ANDREW RAND son of Mr ANDREW RAND / of DEALE who married MARY the / daughter of Mr SARLES MARCH: Hee / Dyed [3rd July] 1680 in ye 70th year of his Age. / And of MARY their Daughter married to / JOHN PARKER Gent and Merchant of the / Citty of LONDON. Shee departed this life / the 25th day of November 1670 / in the 36th Yeare / of her / Age'

Description: Marble cartouche surrounded by palm branches, with a scroll and acanthus leaves at the top. A draped urn above. At the base of the cartouche, carved flowers and fruit flanked by two panels with ships in relief. Coat of arms below. Arms: Or, a lion rampant, gules, charged on the neck with three chevrons, argent; impaling a cross, flury, between four dogs heads, erased.
