WHITBY of Cresswell Hall / STAFFORDSHIRE / [Born 7th October 1774] / He was promoted to the rank of / POST CAPTAIN IN HIS MAJESTY'S NAVY / [on the 29 April 1793 ] and departed this life / on the 7th of April 1806.'
