Description: Inscription in incised Roman capitals in red and black punctuated by scallop shells. On the left is an incised and painted three-masted galleon in full sail, the spritsail decorated with a scallop shell; one sail on each mast, the foresail decorated with the three lions of England, the mainsail with the lion of Scotland and the mizzen with the harp of Ireland.
