ESQR. / OF THIS PLACE / AND OF / CRAFTON IN THE PARISH OF WING / BUCKINGHAMSHIRE. / UNOSTENTATIOUSLY BENEVOLENT / AND ESTEEMED BY ALL WHO KNEW HIM. / HE DIED OCTR. 7TH A.D. 1835 / AGED 79. / HERE ALSO ARE DEPOSITED THE REMAINS OF / JANE, / WIFE OF THE ABOVE EDWARD THEED, ESQR. AND DAUGHTER OF J. SEARLE, A.M. / VICAR OF BUCKDEN IN THIS COUNTY. / HER LIFE WAS ONE / UNVARIED SCENE OF ACTIVE PIETY, / HER DEATH A SOURCE OF SORROW AND REGRET. / SHE DIED JANY. 31ST. A.D. 1821 / AGED 64. / ALSO / TO THE MEMORY OF / CAPTAIN JOHN THEED. R.N. / YOUNGEST SON OF THE ABOVE. / HE DIED / WHILE IN COMMAND OF H.M.S.
