Screw Frigate 'Dauntless' who, together with thirty eight seamen, ten marines, and ten boys buried in this garrison; and one officer, three seamen, six marines and one boy committed to the deep; all perished by yellow fever which broke out at sea on leaving the harbour of St. Thomas on the 10th November 1852' 'Petty Officers / T.
