'In affectionate remembrance of Anne, daughter of Robert and Dora Nagle, died 22nd March 1861. Also ROBERT, eldest son, Master of the schooner DENBY, who was lost in the month of February 1868, while on his passage from Patagonia to Chupat, aged 35. WILLIAM, 3rd son, Chief Officer of the ship BERTRAM RIGBY of L'pool, who was washed overboard in a hurricane on the 24 June 1872, while on a voyage from London to Bombay, aged 32. JAMES, youngest son, who died on the 27th. May 1880, on board the S.S.SORATA, while on his passage from Sydney to London, aged 38, and JOHN, second son, who died at Tamworth, Australia, on the 16th. January 1881, aged 43'

CAPTAIN COCKBURN TEAGUE, CALLED UP FOR ACTIVE SERVICE AT THE OUTBREAK OF THE EUROPEAN WAR AUGUST 1914, TOOK PART IN THE DEFENCE OF ANTWERP, WHERE HE WAS WOUNDED, RECOVERED, AND AFTERWARDS FELL IN ACTION AT DARDANELLES ON MAY 14TH 1915 IN THE THIRTY THIRD YEAR OF HIS AGE. 'Sacred to the memory of Captain Sir Humphrey le Fleming SENHOUSE R.N. C.B. & K.C.B. of Seascale in the County of Cumberland, Senior Officer in Command in the British Fleet in the China Seas, who died on board H.M.S. 'Blenheim' at Hong Kong on the 13th June 1841, aged 60 years, from the effects of a fever contracted during the zealous performance of his arduous duties at the capture of the heights of Canton in May 1841. This monument was erected in testimony of esteem and respect for their distinguished and lamented chief, by the Officers of the Army and Navy composing the China Expedition in 1841'
