Description: Wall memorial in the baroque style consisting of an architectural surround with pilasters on brackets, an broken pediment above. An arch within, contains a circular relief portrait of Pepys. Below is a shield of arms surrounded by three winged cherubs' heads.

Also in memory of William Draper Nicholas, son of William & Mary Nicholas of Froyle in the county of Hants, Captain in His Majesty's 11th Regiment of Infantry, who died January the 17th 1786 aged 34 years, whose remains are deposited near this place.'
