NORTON R.N.) / LOST OFF THIS COAST JANUARY 25TH 1917 / UNDERNEATH REST THE BONES OF THOSE / COMMEMORATED HERE / FOR THESE AND FOR THEIR COMRADES / WHO THUS GAVE THEIR LIVES FOR THEIR COUNTRY / THOSE WHO RAISED THIS MEMORIAL GIVE THANKS TO GOD.'
