Fellow and Preacher of Dulwich / College in Surrey for five years Chaplain to / ye New Castle at ye Bombardment of Calis / April ye 3D 1696 Chaplain to ye Dreadnought / 1697 on a dangerous Newfound Land Voyage / became Minister of Carmarthen 8. 1688 / Instituted Vicar of Langa March / 10 09 which he quitted & was / instituted Vicar of L[l]anegwad 8 / ye 25th 1712 / Chaplain to ye F.a. e / of Northampton’
