'Sacred / to / the Memory of / Captain JOHN BAKER / who died at ST JOHN'S NEWFOUNDLAND / 28 November 1839 and was there interred / Aged 44 years / Also JANE his daughter who died / 29 May 1840 aged 2yrs & 2 Mths / Also JENNY Relict of W L PAGE / late of Dartmouth Shipbuilder / who died 23rd August 1842 Aged 80 Years / Also Wm L P BAKER / son of the above Captain BAKER / who died 22nd September 1850 aged 30 Years'
