'Robert Marsh Burroughes, 3rd son of the Revd Ellis Burroughes and Sarah Nasmith his wife. He was second officer of the Honble East India Company's ship "Sir David Scott" and died in the Java Sea 22nd March 1833 [?] aged 26 years. His mortal remains are deposited on North Island in the Straits of Sunda'
