'Sacred / to the memory of / Grace Wife of Lieutenant William Taylor / of the Royal Hospital / who departed this life on the 25th June 1827 in the 53rd year of her age / leaving her husband and six children / to cherish the memory of her many virtues / and to whom her loss was irreparable / she died as she had lived a most exemplary and pious Christian / So teach us to number our days that we may apply our hearts unto wisdom. / Her remains are deposited 6 feet / north west of this cemetery / Also of William Grees Taylor / son of the above who died 14th May 1831 aged 29 years / whose remains are interred / in a vault in St Mary's church / also of the above named William Taylor / who died 19 April 1833 aged 63 years / Their children shall rise up and call them blessed Prov XXX 1 chap 23'
