'In loving memory of William SOUTHERN died August 28th 1917 aged 85 years. Also of Susan wife of the above died November 11th 1902 aged 62 years. Also of William son of the above died April 19th 1913 aged 45 years. Also of Florence wife of Albert SOUTHERN died November 13th 1901 aged 30 years. Also Albert son of A. and F. SOUTHERN drowned June 24th 1917 from H.M.S. Redcar aged 22 years 'sadly missed by all''.
