'To the memory of HENRY FROST Esqr. / Captain on the Marine Establishment at Bombay / and late Commander of the 'Mornington' cruiser, / in which capacity He distinguished himself by / the capture of the / French Privateer, / ‘Eugiene’, and by other public Services, Obiit Calcutta, March 15th, 1803, Aetat 30. / In his premature death was regretted / the loss of a gallant officer, / a warm friend, and a worthy man.'
