In memory of JUBA T. BROADHEAD, B.P. Commander, THOMAS F.L. REDDIE, Chief Officer, STANLEY C. ADLEY 2nd officer, FREDERICK L. PUTTOCK, Master Pilot, and WILLIAM MULLINS, Medical officer, who perished with all hands in the pilot-vessel “Coleroon” at the Sandheads, Bay of Bengal, during the cyclone on the 5th and 6th November 1891.
