'Henry Inman Esq., a Capt. in the Royal Navy, who died in the 46th year of his age, from a coup de Soleil, twelve days after landing from the Clorinda frigate, on which ship he came out to filfil the duties of a Naval Commisioner at Madras, an appointment made by the Lords of the Admiralty from their conviction of his capacity and integrity, and as some reward for the zeal and gallantry that had distinguished his professional services.'
